A factory audit (second-party audit) is a buyer's conformity assessment of a supplier based on client standards; system certification is third-party proof of management level to society. The purposes and bases differ, and they can complement each other.
What if the audit is not passed?
After non-conformities are identified in the audit, we can assist the supplier in developing a corrective action plan and tracking closure, conducting a re-audit if necessary, to help the supplier meet client requirements.
