How far in advance should an inspection be booked?

It is recommended to book 2-3 working days in advance after production is completed and goods are packed and ready, to facilitate inspector scheduling; please book earlier during peak seasons.

When will the inspection report be issued?

A formal report is typically issued within 24-48 hours after the on-site inspection (available in Chinese and English); urgent projects can be expedited.

What happens if the inspection fails?

The report factually records defects and the judgment conclusion, based on which both parties may negotiate rework, downgrading, or refund; we can arrange a re-inspection to confirm corrective results.
